Windstar Cruises is to implement Adonis Personnel Manager (APM) and Payroll solutions to streamline all of its human resources (HR), time and attendance, crew management and payroll activities.

The cruise operator, which has a fleet of six luxury ships, will deploy the APM solution to consolidate its HR and payroll processes via a central HR database to improve operational efficiency and enhance coordination between its ships and shoreside crew in Seattle, US.

In addition, the integrated Time Clock module enables Windstar to consolidate time and attendance, while ensuring that its employees’ work and rest hours are compliant with MLC regulations.
