River cruise operator AmaWaterways has revamped the menu in its signature Chef’s Table Restaurant.

Passengers dining at the Chef’s Table, which seats 28 guests per evening, can watch the chef prepare their multi-course dinner in the demonstration kitchen. All guests are invited to spend one complimentary evening at the Chef’s Table during their cruise.

“At AmaWaterways, we enjoy constantly experimenting with new ways to improve the guest experience, and the area of food and wine is one where we can really have a lot of fun, bringing in local and regional flavours to offer something that can’t be found elsewhere,” said Rudi Schreiner, president and co-owner of AmaWaterways. “In collaboration with our executive chef, Primus Perchtold, we have created a truly distinctive, intimate experience in the Chef’s Table. Our new tasting menu gives travellers the variety and choices we know they are seeking and, we believe, the very best cuisine available on the river.”
