Fred. Olsen Line’s Black Watch made an unexpected call at the French port of Le Havre on 12 December.

The ship, which had been due to sail to Leixões in Portugal last Tuesday,altered course due to stormy weather in the Atlantic.

Black Watch, which arrived carrying 1,071 passengers and crew, previously called at Le Havre on 5 September.

Le Havre will close its 2014 cruise season on 20 December with a call from another Fred. Olsen ship, Balmoral. This year the port has welcomed 119 calls.
