The Band Perry, Boston, Lionel Richie and Heart will all perform on the line's ships

The Band Perry, Boston, Lionel Richie and Heart will perform onboard Carnival Cruise Line’s ships this summer and autumn.
Performing as part of the Carnival LIVE programme, each artist will headline a concert in the ships’ main theatres while they are docked in one of three Caribbean ports. These include Cozumel, Mexico; Nassau, Bahamas; and St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands.
“We’re thrilled to build upon the tremendous success of Carnival LIVE with concerts this summer and autumn by The Band Perry, Boston, Lionel Richie and Heart – four incredibly talented acts that will provide our guests with an extraordinary entertainment experience,” said Bernie Dillon, director of Carnival LIVE.
Recent Grammy Award-winners The Band Perry will perform from 28-30 July on Carnival Sensation, Carnival Fascination and Carnival Magic, while they are docked in Nassau.
Boston, which has sold more than 31 million records worldwide, will perform on Carnival Sunshine, Carnival Fantasy, Carnival Sensation and Carnival Ecstasy in Nassau between 19 and 22 August.
Multiple Grammy and Oscar award-winning singer Lionel Richie will then head to Nassau to perform onboard Carnival Freedom on 14 October and Carnival Pride on 15 October.
To finish the summer-autumn series, Heart will sing onboard Carnival Paradise, Carnival Ecstasy and Carnival Breeze between 20 and 23 October in Cozumel. The band, which was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2013, has sold more than 35 million records in its 35-year career.
The 2015 Carnival LIVE concert series kicked off with performances by Journey, Rascal Flatts, Little Big Town, Smokey Robinson and Styx in March.
