Celebrity Cruises is to sail a new programme of Caribbean cruises from ports in Florida for the Winter 2024-25 season.
Four ships – Celebrity Apex, Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Equinox, and Celebrity Summit – will embark from Port Canaveral, Port Tampa Bay and Port Everglades on more than 40 new itineraries. These cruises will range from five to nine nights long, and will visit destinations including Belize, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands and Puerto Rico. A select number of itineraries will visit Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean International’s private island.
“We are so excited to unveil this new programme,” said Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises. “It provides our guests with more options to experience the natural beauty of the Caribbean, which is elevated by our personalised experiences onboard.”
As part of the new programme, Celebrity will increase its sailings from Port Everglades onboard Celebrity Apex and Celebrity Summit. From 23 October 2024 to 8 March 2025, Celebrity Apex will offer five new sailings, ranging from six to seven nights and visiting St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, the Cayman Islands and Mexico, as well as visits to Perfect Day at CocoCay. Celebrity Summit, meanwhile, will sail five new itineraries between 25 February 2025 to 10 April 2025 ranging from five to nine nights across the Western and Eastern Caribbean.
The cruise line will also offer its first ever sailings from Port Canaveral, with 20 new itineraries onboard Celebrity Equinox from 21 November 2024 to 19 April 2025. Most itineraries will last for seven nights, and will include visits to the Bahamas, Belize, the Cayman Islands, Mexico, Puerto Rico and St. Maarten. Two sailings on 1 and 15 March 2025 will visit Perfect Day at CocoCay.
Finally, Celebrity will revamp its current Caribbean programme from Port Tampa Bay to include more frequent six- to seven-night cruises onboard Celebrity Constellation. The new programme expands the brand’s offering with four new itineraries and a total of 14 sailings from 2 January to 6 April 2025. These itineraries will include visits Belize, Honduras, Mexico, and New Orleans and Key West in the USA.
