Century Casinos to operate casinos on Thomson Discovery

Century Casinos is to operate the casinos onboard Thomson Cruises’ latest ship Thomson Discovery.

Set to join the four-ship Thomson fleet in the second quarter of 2016, Thomson Discovery will have a casino offering live table games, electronic roulette and slot machines.

“We are looking forward to extending our reach to the UK market, further solidifying Century’s position as the worldwide market leader in operating casinos on cruise vessels,” said Erwin Haitzmann and Peter Hoetzinger, Century Casinos’ co-CEOs.

Thomson Discovery will have capacity for 2,067 passengers and feature an outdoor cinema, a rock-climbing wall, a mini-golf course, a five-storey atrium, dining venues, an indoor pool and much more.
