Finnish ferry operator Viking Line is to deploy Cinderella on the Helsinki-Tallinn route over the Christmas period.
The line’s second largest vessel will offer 20-hour sailings from Helsinki to Tallinn between 14-22 December, 25-28 December and 4-6 January 2014. The vessel will also offer a 24-hour Christmas cruise on 24 December.
“Cinderella has cruised from Stockholm to Mariehamn for ten years, but she still has a great many fans who have enthusiastically welcomed the vessel on its visit to Finland,” said Lauri Opana, product manager at Viking Line. “We have the pleasure of increasing the number of cruise days from Helsinki so that as many people as possible will get to enjoy one of Cinderella’s rare visits.”
Passengers travelling on Cinderella over the festive period will be able to enjoy a range of entertainment from artists such as Paula Koivuniemi, Sini Sabotage and Viking Unplugged and themed parties including Laura Voutilainen’s Disco Night and Sami Hintsanen’s Rock Classics. The line will also offer various children’s activities such as face-painting and competitions.
