CLIA UK & Ireland has launched a ‘Meet the Fleet’ digital fact file to enable travel agents to easily find specific details about more than 260 ocean cruise ships.
Developed by software service provider Widgety, ‘Meet the Fleet’ will initially be exclusively available to CLIA agent members, allowing them to answer specific customer queries quickly.
The programme offers images and videos of the ships’ and their respective features, such as deck plans, speciality restaurants, theatres, accommodation, their size or passenger capacity and more.
“Meet the Fleet is an invaluable tool in helping agents answer specific queries raised by customers,” said Andy Harmer, director of CLIA UK & Ireland. “With hundreds of cruise ships to choose from, this tool will help agents find the right cruise for the right customer which is essential for the continued growth of cruising.”
