Coastlink 2025 will take place at the Port of Bilbao in Spain from 29-30 April.

The 23rd edition of the event will be attended by port operators, short sea shipping lines, intermodal operators, terminal operators, cargo handlers, stevedores and freight forwarders, as well as logistics specialists, shipping agents, port consultants and industry associations.

The programme will cover a number of relevant industry topics, including the implementation of green corridors, supply chain logistics, and the energy transition. As well as providing the opportunity for industry professionals to meet and discuss future innovations and economic and environmental considerations, the conference will also include a welcome address from Dorine Bosman, chief investment officer at Port of Amsterdam.

The event, which has previously been held in Southampton (2019), Antwerp (2022), Liverpool (2023) and Port of Amsterdam (2024), will once again be supported by The British Ports Association (BPA).

“[Coastlink] is a valuable network for the short sea shipping and supply chain community with the port sector central to the debate,” said Richard Ballantyne, chief executive of BPA. “Cross-collaboration remains key to the mix of industry discussions around sustainability, energy transition, policy and emerging market pressures.”
