Dorset-based company Condor Ferries is to resume its services from Weymouth to France and the Channel Islands on 17 July, following the reconstruction of the port’s ferry berth.
The line will operate daily sailings from Weymouth and Poole to Guernsey, Jersey and St Malo throughout the summer.
“Weymouth is the natural gateway to the Channel Islands as it offers the shortest crossing times, and we are proud to continue an historic tradition once services from Weymouth resume on 17 July,” said Alicia Andrews, sales and marketing director at Condor Ferries. “Over the past 26 years, Condor Ferries has been active in forging close ties between Weymouth and the Channel Islands, and our return later this month is a great way to further this relationship.”
