MKN, which supplies specialist cooking technology to the passenger shipping and other industries, has celebrated its 70th anniversary.

Founded by Kurt Neubauer in 1946 with only three employees, MKN now has around 500 employees and business all around the world. It manufactures innovative products such as the MKN combi steamer, FlexiCombi and the multifunctional FlexiChef, which features the first automatic cleaning system for pans.

In the past few years, MKN has also invested in a new production hall that accommodates a state-of-the-art stainless steel processing line.

To mark the anniversary, MKN hosted a party for 2,000 guests, including employees and their families. The company also celebrated a record sales year.
