Luxury specialist Crystal Cruises has announced four new elite opportunities for guests to experience the fast cars and glamorous events of the legendary Monaco Grand Prix.

The Crystal Adventures, created exclusively for Crystal Serenity’s 18-30 May Esprit du Grand Prix-themed Mediterranean cruise, offer intimate ways to watch the world’s most prestigious automobile race and include gourmet meals with knowledgeable hosts to inform and escort guests.

Thomas Mazloum, Crystal’s senior vice president of operations, said: “With the Monaco Grand Prix considered one of the most exciting events in the world, we planned a cruise that would not only take our worldly travellers there, but also bring them inside, with a variety of incredible options to enjoy the festivities.”

The most exclusive viewing Adventure offers guests access to the 'Team Paddock' area, including the garage, the pit lanes and the hospitality area to watch the Driver Parade, whilst the other viewing options offer a position on a private veranda above the renowned Casino, or in the best of the grandstands near the start/finish line.

The two most exclusive viewing options also offer premium champagne and an open bar. A fourth new excursion allows guests to celebrate the race end at the official Formula One VIP party and offers a VIP table, three-course dinner, unlimited Dom Perignon, cocktails and the use of a private vehicle to take guests 'home'.

Whilst the itinerary features two days in Monte Carlo on 26 and 27 May, the Crystal voyage tours many of the Mediterranean’s most popular destinations, including Mykonos, Santorini, Sorrento, Corsica, and Florence, with overnight stays in Istanbul and Barcelona at the voyage’s start and end.
