Crystal Cruises is to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Kowloon, Hong Kong in 2015.

As part of her first ever roundtrip cruise from Bangkok, Crystal Symphony will dock at Ocean Terminal in Kowloon between 30 December 2015 and 1 January 2016, enabling guests to enjoy the countdown celebrations and musical pyrotechnics display in Victoria Harbour.

“This is a ‘bucket list’ opportunity for guests to enjoy a truly over-the-top New Year’s, in one of the world’s grandest ports, steeped in exotic traditions and history, while surrounded by the comfort of Crystal’s ultra-luxury handling,” said John Stoll, vice president of land programmes. “For anyone whose New Year’s resolution includes travelling more, this entire itinerary is a great way to commit.”

During the ‘China Sea Holiday Spectacular’ cruise, passengers can celebrate both Christmas and Hanukkah with traditional feasts, parties, holiday shows and religious services. On New Year’s Eve, passengers can enjoy a multi-course gourmet dinner, champagne, live music and a festive balloon drop onboard the ship.

Crystal Symphony’s 15-day roundtrip departs Bangkok’s port of Laem Chebang on 21 December and sails to Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, Chan May, Halong Bay, Hanoi’s port of Hongai and Hong Kong.
