Crystal Yacht Cruises’ 62-guest Crystal Esprit is to offer globally inspired Michelin-starred cuisine when she debuts this December.

The ship’s menus will showcase many of the popular dishes on Crystal Cruises’ Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, and focus on using local ingredients from the Seychelles Islands and Mediterranean coast.

“The outstanding food and wine experience has always been a highlight of the Crystal Experience and will continue to be an integral part of the onboard experience aboard Crystal Yacht Cruises,” said Edie Rodriguez, Crystal president and CEO. “With public spaces and dining areas that are more intimate, our superior culinary team will maintain – and even exceed – the standard of world-class, creative cuisine that travellers expect from Crystal.”

Crystal Esprit will several onboard eateries including the Sunset Bar & Grill, where guests can enjoy burgers, wraps and street food inspired by the destinations the ship visits; The Pantry, which will be open 24 hours and offer snacks, pastries, coffee and a self-service wine bar; and the Yacht Club with an al fresco Patio Café. This venue will feature a health bar, a raw and salad bar, an a la carte menu offering local dishes, and a dinner menu with modern and classic specialities. Suite guests will also be able to access a 24-hour stateroom dining service.
