Award-winning Australian restaurateur, author and TV chef Curtis Stone has opened his first restaurants at sea onboard Princess Cruises’ Ruby Princess and Emerald Princess.

Named SHARE by Curtis Stone, the speciality restaurants have been created by hospitality design company Jeffrey Beers International. The restaurants feature communal tables, low-backed banquettes upholstered in luxe Chesterfield tufted leather and handblown glass pendants etched with some of Stone’s favourite recipes. They are decorated with various curios, including photographs and travel souvenirs from Stone’s own collection.

Stone's Chef's Table experience will debut in SHARE venues this spring, including the new SHARE restaurant that will be introduced on Sun Princess this April.

“I’m incredibly proud of SHARE. We’ve had a lot of time to prepare and be creative, and Princess has been the ultimate partner to work in helping us bring this exciting new restaurant offering to fruition,” said Stone. “My corporate chef, Christian Dortch, who worked closely with me at my restaurant in Los Angeles, is now cooking and managing the SHARE kitchens onboard various ships, so I have an amazingly talented and passionate team that extends from land to sea.”

As part of his partnership with Princess, Stone has also created ‘Crafted by Curtis’ menu, which debuted on Golden Princess in autumn 2015 and rolled out to the rest of the fleet by the end of 2015.
