The Damen Shipyards Group’s services division has announced that its its Damen Asset Management Operating System (DAMOS) has received approval from independent classification society Bureau Veritas.
DAMOS, which forms part of the Damen Services Lifecycle Support System, provides identification and categorisation of all onboard systems of a vessel. The maintenance planning cycle is based on information drawn from this database.
