The inaugural Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit Europe (CXIE) is to take place at ExCeL London, UK, on 4-5 December 2024.
Registration has opened for the two-day event, which will be co-located with Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe (CSI Europe) and will showcase the technological advancements impacting guest experience.
The conference programme has been tailored to the buyers and leaders of guest experience teams and will include insightful conversations, competitive socialising, workshops and product demonstrations. Discussions will focus on topics ranging from design decisions to creating impactful designs that showcase a cruise line’s brand identity.
Exhibitors will include Conductr, a UK-based lighting and audiovisual company specialising in immersive design, and Stable, a company offering gyroscopic stabilisation to beds, pool tables and other furniture commonly found on luxury yachts.
As well as being co-located with CSI Europe, the event also runs alongside the Cruise Ship Interiors Awards, which will return on 5 December, and the new Hospitality@CSI, which comprises 20 exhibitors and a dedicated schedule of content.
Hospitality@CSI recognises the ways hospitality interior design works in tandem with hospitality products to shape the guest experience, improve efficiencies and deliver brand identity to each guest.
“I am always looking for new ways to enhance guest experience on our ships, and CXI provides a much-needed platform to connect with innovative suppliers and other stakeholders who are able to support this mission,” said Janice Davidson, vice president of creative brand integration for newbuild at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
