Mexican resort developer Group Vidanta has implemented cruisePAL’s solution to manage reservations for its new cruises to the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

Grupo Vidanta will implement the web-based cruisePAL Reservation System (CRS) to streamline and centralise all reservation management processes and enable agents to work remotely. The solution, which will be integrated with Grupo Vidanta’s existing systems, will manage bookings, reservation modifications, payments, sales invoicing, reconciling agency accounts and more.

In addition, Grupo Vidanta will use cruisePAL’s application programming interface to create business-to-consumer and business-to-business portals. It has also been using cruisePAL’s Ship Management System system for VidantaWorld’s mega yacht since 2018.

“We’ve had a great partnership thus far and are excited to continue working together,” said Len Dudis, chief information officer at Grupo Vidanta. “Their flexibility and adaptability have consistently aligned with our evolving business needs, making cruisePAL the ideal solution for our reservation system expansion.”
