Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ Europa has reentered service following an extensive renovation in Hamburg, Germany,
Following the drydock – which was carried out by 650 specialists – Europa has 5,200 sqm of new custom-designed carpets and 1,000 sqm of Bolidt flooring in the public areas, corridors and staircases. The atrium has been refreshed with a new colour scheme, carpets and contemporary lounge furniture, while the pool area has new tiles and lights.
In addition, Europa’s 152 Veranda suites feature an updated colour scheme and the living areas of the four Spa suites were fitted with bright wall closets and seating.
On 9 October, Europa embarked on a cruise from France to Spain, calling at a range of ports including Brest, Nantes and Bilbao.
