Holland America Line will introduce a new Club Orange programme to offer exclusive benefits to guests looking to elevate the cruise experience onboard its newest ships Koningsdam and Nieuw Statendam in December 2018.
Guests in the Neptune and Pinnacle Suites, as well as a small number of non-suite staterooms, will be eligible to opt in to the extra privileges, which include priority check-in, disembarkation and tender service. Those who choose Club Orange will also be able to use a dedicated line at Guest Services and the EXC Tours shore excursion desk, and they will have access to a concierge who can provide priority dining reservations, shore excursion assistance and general support..
Named in honour of the Dutch royal family, Club Orange also offers guests an in-stateroom à la carte breakfast menu, a glass of sparkling wine on embarkation day, a bathrobe (available for purchase and monogramming), and an exclusive Club Orange tote bag.
The Culinary Arts Centre onboard Koningsdam and Nieuw Statendam will be replaced by an exclusive Club Orange restaurant offering breakfast and dinner daily. It will serve the same food featured on the Pinnacle Grill’s breakfast menu and the main dining room’s dinner menu, as well as additional exclusive dishes . When introduced on the fleet’s other in 2019, a section of the main dining room will be set aside for the use of Club Orange guests.

Holland America plans to roll out Club Orange to its other ships in 2019.
