Producing large volumes of high-quality coffees on passenger ships can be challenging. However, the new WMF 9000 F automatic filter coffee machine from Germany-based manufacturer WMF makes it easy.

Able to produce up to 500 cups of coffee per hour, the WMF 9000 F (Internal Storage) machine can be used in self-service or serviced mode. It has an integrated four-litre storage container to enable metered dispensing for cups, mugs and pots, allowing brewing batches and post-brewing quantities to be scaled according to demand.

The machine has a portioner with capacity for 2.5 kilograms (or up to 3.8 kilograms if requested) of ground coffee and a manual insert for a second type of coffee, offering beverage flexibility. Individually adjustable hot water dispensing also enables further customisation.
