Lemoneight has become the first International Accredited Training Centre in the cruise tourism industry with the UK-based Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (ITOL).

ITOL provides independent accreditation for training and development to organisations in a variety of industries. It has benchmarked Lemoneight’s training material and methods against international best practice, verifying its standard.

“ITOL promotes excellence in our members, who aim to achieve the highest standards in all they do, allowing them to pass that commitment to those they train,” said Harry Bundred, director of ITOL. “We are excited to work with Lemoneight to raise the standard and bring validated, high-quality professional training to the cruise tourism sector.”

Lemoneight will continue to offer its now ITOL-accredited training workshops for the cruise industry. The tourism consulting and training firm has been delivering training, destination development and promotion, and social media strategy since 2020.
