Mano Cruises renews MTN deal

Israeli operator Mano Cruises has renewed its contract with Maritime communications services provider MTN Communications (MTN).

MTN, which has supplied Mano’s onboard communications since 2007, is to provide enhanced internet connectivity services and call facilities for guests and crew sailing on European itineraries.

“As well as extraordinary itineraries and services, Mano wants to offer a quality communication experience to guests as they explore Europe,” said Brent Horwitz, senior vice president of MTN cruise and ferry services. “We are confident our strategic partnership will help improve customer loyalty and increase repeat cruises, as well as provide crew a reliable means to stay connected while away from home.”

The MTN solution allows Mano to provide internet services in Hebrew and ten additional languages, enabling it to meet the communication needs of its diverse passenger base.
