Cruise and ferry operators can use software to run MKN’s FlexiCombi and FlexiChef cooking appliances

Cruise and ferry operators who use MKN’s FlexiCombi and FlexiChef cooking appliances in the galleys onboard their ships can now access the accompanying MKN Connect software for free via the company’s website.
MKN Connect makes it easy for users to create and organise cooking programmes on a desktop PC, before transferring them to the FlexiCombi and FlexiChef appliances via a USB stick. The software can also be used to visualise, archive and print Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point data.
