Professional thermal cooking technology manufacturer MKN has won two innovation awards for its new combi steamer, FlexiCombi Team, at the Gulfood Awards ceremony in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The appliance, which is equipped with two cooking chambers to enable chefs to use simultanesouly use two different cooking modes, was named the winner in both the ‘Best Heavy Equipment Innovation’ and ‘Best New Catering Equipment Innovation’ categories.
FlexiCombi Team beat 299 other entrants from 30 countries on four continents to win the awards.
