British furniture manufacturer Morgan has supplied seating for Crystal Cruises’ Crystal Serenity, which recently underwent a US$17 million redesign.

Inspired by classic apartments in London and contemporary Manhattan interiors, the ship’s 1,345 sq ft, butler-serviced Crystal Penthouse Suites feature furniture from a range of Morgan’s collections. Each suite features three-seat sofas and armchairs from the Hampton range, high-backed wing chairs from the Seville collection, low footstools from the Como series and ottomans from the Sienna collection, as well as dining chairs from the firm’s City range. To complete the suites, Morgan worked with Toronto-based designers II BY IV.

Working with London design studio Adfecto, Morgan also supplied seating from its Oslo collection for the indoor and outdoor areas of the ship’s newly extended Lido Café on deck 12.

“Morgan is proud to have been working with Crystal Cruises now for several years, supplying furniture to previous upgrades on the Crystal Serenity and also the Crystal Symphony cruise ship,” the company said in a press release.
