MSC Cruises is to introduce two new speciality dining concepts, Hola! Tacos & Cantina and Indochine Restaurant, onboard its new flagship ship MSC Virtuosa.

Hola! Tacos & Cantina will be a fast-casual street dining venue, offering a selection of Latin American and Mexican-inspired dishes and drinks. A salsa bar will offer a choice of six home-made salsa and a selection of spicy sauces, and gusts will be able to choose between having their guacamole made for them or making it themselves at their table.

The Indochine Restaurant will combine Vietnamese and French cuisine, with dishes including Green Papaya Salads, French Roasted Snails and Beef Bo Buns. The menu will include a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, while the wine list will feature options from both Europe and Asia.

The new concepts will be accompanied by familiar venues including American-style steakhouse Butcher’s Cut, Kaito Teppanyaki and Kaito Sushi Bar. The ship will also feature 21 bars and lounges, including the new MSC Starship Club with Rob, the first humanoid, robotic bartender at sea.

“Dining onboard MSC Cruises ships is a gastronomic adventure with authentic food, globally inspired menus and culinary artistry at the heart of our offering,” said Gianni Onorato, CEO of MSC Cruises. “Developed by our talented culinary team and exclusive to MSC Cruises, these new restaurants build on the success of our existing popular speciality dining concepts and allowing us to further expand and enrich our dining offering with new and innovative ideas.”
