MSC Cruises’ newest ship, MSC Seascape, has arrived in New York, USA, after a transatlantic crossing from Italy ahead of her naming ceremony on 7 December at the city’s Manhattan Cruise Terminal.

MSC Seascape will be the line’s first ship to be named in New York, in recognition of the addition of the city as a new homeport in April 2023. The ship has 2,270 cabins, 11 dining venues, 19 bars and lounges, and six swimming pools. An expansive waterfront promenade also features onboard, along with the glass floored Bridge of Sighs on deck 16 and the largest MSC Yacht Club area in the cruise line’s fleet. More than 98 hours of live entertainment will be available for guests per cruise, as well as Robotron, a new amusement ride.

Following the ceremony, MSC Seascape will depart New York on 8 December and sail to Miami, USA, where it will begin sailing two seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries for its inaugural season.
