MSC Cruises is to be the first global cruise line to make weekly calls at Saranda Port in Albania starting in April 2017.

MSC Poesia will call in the Albanian city as part of its departures from Venice, Italy, which enable guests to seven destinations in seven days. Other ports of call include Bari, Italy; Katakolon/Olympia, Athens and Mykonos; Greece; and Dubrovnik in Croatia.

Meanwhile, in November 2017, MSC Orchestra will reposition from the Caribbean to sail to Mediterranean ports. These will include Marseille; France; Civitavecchia, Genoa, Livorno and Messina in Italy; Barcelona, Valencia and Malaga; Spain; the Canary Islands; Madeira, Portugal; Malta; and Corfu and Crete, Greece.

MSC Fantasia will replace MSC Orchestra in the Antilles and the South Caribbean. Sailing from both Martinique and Guadeloupe, MSC Fantasia will offer two different itineraries, which can be combined. One cruise will explore the Antilles with calls in St. Maarten, Tortola, and Kingstown in the Saint Vincent and The Grenadines. The second will sail to South Caribbean destinations, including Saint Lucia, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada and Dominica.
