Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has finalised its leadership structure.

Newly appointed executives include Bob Binder who will serve as president of international operations; Howard Sherman, who is now the executive vice president of revenue management; and Robin Lindsay, who will serve as executive vice president of vessel operations. In addition, Victor Gonzalez will serve as executive vice president of supply chain and logistics management, while Harry Sommer has been appointed as senior vice president and CIO.

Meanwhile, Drew Madsen and Jason Montague will continue to serve as president and COO of Norwegian Cruise Line and Oceania Cruises / Regent Seven Seas Cruises, respectively. In addition, Wendy Beck will remain in her role as executive vice president and CFO with additional responsibilities for support services.

All executives will report directly to Frank Del Rio, the company’s CEO and president.

“I’ve been working with the board of directors to fine-tune our vision for the future and how we can best channel the core competencies of our three great brands and the talents of our 30,000 team members,” said Del Rio. “To that end, we have crafted an organisational structure with both centralised and brand-specific functions and selected seasoned leaders that will carry out that vision.”
