Oceania Cruises is to offer 43 new itineraries, which include 76 voyages and 67 overnight port stays as part of its 2015 summer collection.

The line’s fleet – which comprises Regatta, Insignia, Nautica, Marina and Riviera – will offer cruises to the Mediterranean, northern Europe, Alaska, Canada, Asia and Africa. The ships will visit 24 new ports on four continents, including Luanda, Angola; Paamiut, Greenland; Trois-Rivières, Québec; Archangel, Russia; Skiathos, Greece; Londonderry, Northern Ireland; Wismar, Germany; and Palamós, Spain. Also new this season is a series of Grand Voyages in Europe, which range from 20 to 70 days in length.

“Our 2015 Summer Collection is perfect for those who enjoy a taste of the finer things in life,” said Kunal Kamlani, the line’s president. “With a fantastic mix of marquee cities, boutique ports of call and extended port stays, we set a new standard for immersive destination experiences.”

Nautica will spend the majority of the season sailing around the British Isles, the Baltic and Scandinavia, sailing as far north as Greenland, while Marina will operate in the region before repositioning to the western Mediterranean.

Featuring all new itineraries, Riviera will sail in the Mediterranean, the Greek Isles, Turkey and the Black Sea throughout the next summer season.

Regatta will spend the summer in Alaska offering seven- and ten-day itineraries, as well as five new itineraries, including the 12-day Glacial Explorer. In autumn, she will sail to New York City, US, on a new Panama Canal cruise and then operate four cruises in New England and Canada.

In response to the success of Oceania’s first-ever world expedition last summer, Insignia will depart on a second 180-day voyage on 8 July 2015. Unlike conventional world cruises that commence in winter, Insignia will spend the summer sailing from Miami through New England and Canada to Greenland, Iceland and Norway. She will then visit France, Portugal and Spain en route to Italy and other Mediterranean destinations. As the winter season begins, Insignia will cruise to Asia and Africa before returning to Miami. Passengers can also book individual segments within the ‘180-Day World Odyssey’ itinerary.

“We are always creating new itineraries to enhance and enrich the ways in which our guests discover the world,” Kamal said. “These new voyages present the most sought-after destinations around the globe and deliver them at an unrivalled value.”
