P&O Cruises has completed a multi-million pound refurbishment project on Ventura to incorporate popular features found onboard her sister ship Azura.
Following the revitalisation, Ventura features The Retreat, an open-air spa terrace with seating and a pool, a new dance floor in the atrium, a library with fixed PCs and a perfumery.
The ship also has 18 single cabins and a full wifi service, while The Glasshouse has replaced Las Ramblas bar and restaurant and East restaurant features a new menu designed by Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar.
“This is the latest of several refits to our fleet. Oriana and Oceana have already had multi-million pound investments and Arcadia will be at the end of the year. All of the enhancements have been made following feedback from both existing passengers and potential cruisers,” said Carol Marlow, managing director, P&O Cruises. “We are very excited to have these latest innovations in time for Ventura’s new fly-cruise programme to the Mediterranean next summer.”
