Princess Cruises’ christened Enchanted Princess, its fifth Royal-class ship, on 14 December 2021.  The ceremony was part of an original production titled “Our World, Enchanted”, broadcasted online, which honoured three members of The Explorers Club who served as godmothers, Captain Lynn Danaher, Dr Vicki Ferrini and Jenifer Austin.

The naming ceremony was hosted by Jill Whelan, celebrations ambassador of Princess Cruises, and Dan Falconer, cruise director of Enchanted Princess. The production introduces  viewers to the features and amenities of the new MedallionClass ship, the history of the cruise line and welcomes Enchanted Princess into the Princess global fleet.

Princess Cruises president John Padgett, group president Jan Swartz and British Commodore nick Nash also appear in the production, highlighting the interior design, entertainment and dining experiences onboard the new ship.
