Princess Cruises will mark the 10-year anniversary of its operations in southeast Asia by deploying Diamond Princess to Singapore from December 2023 until March 2024, offering 10 to 14-day itineraries in the region.
Diamond Princess will sail a 15-day repositioning cruise from Yokohama in Japan to Singapore on 16 December 2023. During its deployment in Singapore, the ship will operate itineraries calling at ports in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. It will be the first ship in the region to offer Princess's Medallion Class experience, which is powered by a wearable device that can be worn or carried by passengers to anticipate their every onboard need and deliver a fully personalised cruise experience.
The ship will conclude its Singapore deployment with a 13-day repositioning cruise which is scheduled to arrive in Yokohama on 18 March just in time for Japan’s cherry blossom season. It will remain in Japan until August 2024, sailing roundtrips from Yokohama to 35 destinations in three countries.
Royal Princess will make its debut in Japan in 2024, marking the first appearance of a Royal-class ship in the region.
