Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ (RSSC) Seven Seas Explorer is to be the first cruise ship to feature an exclusive collection of toiletries from L’Occitane’s Mer & Mistral line.

Suite guests will be offered complimentary 75ml bottles of Mer & Mistral shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and body lotions, as well as fresh soaps and a 100-ml bottle of Lavender Liquid Foaming Bath.

Mer & Mistral is part of L’Occitane’s La Collection de Grasse assortment, named in honour of the world’ ‘perfume capital’ in the south of France. This collection of products celebrates L’Occitane’s French Provencal roots by bringing together ‘fresh aquatic notes blended with an aromatic chord of pine, cypress and rosemary’.

“It’s imperative, that down to our amenities, Seven Seas Explorer conveys the highest level of luxury,” said Jason Montague, president and COO for RSSC. “This partnership demonstrates our dedication to providing guests with the most upmost, luxurious level of excellence, and we’re thrilled to have L’Occitane as part of our exclusive collection of amenities.”

Scheduled to embark on her maiden voyage in Europe on 20 July, Seven Seas Explorer can accommodate 750 guests and boasts one of the highest space ratios in the cruise industry. The vessel features lounges, gourmet restaurants and much more. She will sail her inaugural season in Europe before heading to Miami, US, for a series of Caribbean voyages.

The complimentary Mer & Mistral collection of exclusive amenities from L’Occitane will roll out on the remainder of RSSC’s fleet of all-suite vessels this summer.
