Ropes Courses Incorporated (RCI) has collaborated with players in the maritime industry for many years. Thanks to RCI’s longstanding reputation in the industry, its adventure products, such as the Sky Trail aerial attractions, have made their way onto some of the ships belonging to the largest cruise lines in the world. Carnival Cruise Line, for example, has been RCI’s client since 2011 and is currently working on several projects with the adventure company, including one on the new Carnival Panorama.

Once Carnival Panorama hits the waves for the first time this December, guests of all ages will be able to visit the onboard SportsSquare to enjoy mini bowling, outdoor soccer, a basketball court and a Sky Trail attraction. At 31 feet tall, the vibrant white, blue and yellow family-friendly Sky Trail will be easily spotted by everyone on the ship and will showcase 30 distinct interactive elements for participants to traverse across. A circular layout will allow participants to observe the ocean views from every angle of the attraction, yet still feel connected to the rest of the cruise experience with other offerings located directly underneath the Sky Trail.

“RCI is pleased to be working once more with Carnival and we’re especially excited to have our adventure product integrated into the new Carnival Panorama,” says Jon Weston, chief sales officer at RCI. “The Sky Trail is built using durable, marine-grade materials which allows it to entertain countless participants by the sea throughout the duration of each and every journey.”
