Sea Master Consulting & Engineering has joined forces with naval architect and designer Jesús Franco to create Sea Master Yachts, which will design and engineer cruise ships, expedition cruise vessels, ro-pax ferries, mega yachts and other passenger vessels.

Sea Master Yachts has already developed a conceptual design for a 140-guest expedition cruise vessel, which has been named Galiano Explorer. Highlights onboard the ship include luxury accommodation, an observation lounge that will host expert-led workshops and lectures, and an outdoor observation area. There is also a helipad, a Zodiac loading system and space for expedition equipment, including cross-country skis and kayaks.

“Galiano Explorer is able to accommodate 140 passengers onboard and is designed to explore the most extreme polar seas,” said José Manuel Flores Osuna, manager of the Engineering Business Unit at Sea Master Yachts. “This 110-metre-long, state-of-the-art cruise vessel will be able to comply with the highest standards and offers the type of onboard luxury that this kind of vessels demands.”
