Seabourn Cruise Line has joined with long-term partner Molton Brown to introduce exclusive Seabourn Signature Scents, fragrances designed exclusively for Seabourn guests. Created by the London-based fragrance company, which has been Seabourn’s partner for 14 years, the Seabourn Signature Scents collection is available as complimentary bath amenities in guest suites onboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Soujourn and Seabourn Quest. They will also be introduced on Seabourn Encore when she debuts this December and will be sold onboard from early 2017.

“Our new Seabourn Signature Scents are the result of genuine collaboration with Molton Brown, with several months spent developing distinctive scent combinations that will serve to remind guests of the experience of their Seabourn cruise long after they've returned home,” said Christopher Prelog, vice president of hotel operations for Seabourn.

Molton Brown has created two exclusive Seabourn Signature Scents blended from four ingredients sourced from the coastlines that Seabourn ships explore.

Developed by Philippe Bousseton, the ‘Immersive Samphire & Eucalyptus’ scent combines samphire from France, eucalyptus from China, cardamom, cedarwood, violet and mint. This scent will be available as both a body lotion, and a bath and shower gel.

Meanwhile, perfumer Heidrun Harder’s ‘Inspiring Basil & Vetiver’ scent blends Vietnamese basil oil and aromatic vetiver from Haiti with cardamom, bergamot, cedarwood and petitgrain. It will be used in a shampoo and conditioner.

“We worked very closely with the Seabourn team to develop these unique fragrances, resulting in completely bespoke blends and packaging designs that reflect the line's luxurious guest experience,” said Gregory Habeeb, global vice president of hotel and hospitality at Molton Brown.
