Seabourn Cruises’ Seabourn Spirit is to sail to some of the Caribbean’s most remote islands in November 2014.

Due to her smaller size, the 208-guest ship is able to visit small towns and islands in the Caribbean that other cruise vessels are not able to reach, including Gustavia in St Barts and Deshaies, Guadeloupe. The vessel will anchor alongside private yachts in many of the islands’ smaller bays.

Highlights include a visit to the uninhabited Prickly Pear Island in the British Virgin Islands, which measures 100 metres in length and 50 metres in width. While on the island, guests can enjoy Seabourn’s signature Caviar in the Surf beach party and complimentary watersports from the ship’s own marina.

Other highlights include a call at the main harbour of Admiralty Bay on Bequia Island in St Vincent and the Grenadines, to enable guests to go snorkelling and diving among various wreckages. Guests can also enjoy a hike along Bequia Island’s east coast to view the Atlantic, as well as an overnight stay in Terre-de-Haut, Guadeloupe.

Departing from Philipsburg in St Maarten, the 14-night roundtrip also includes calls at Great Harbour in Jost Van Dyke, British Virgin Islands; Basseterre, St Kitts; Castries, St Lucia; Mayreau, Grenadines; and Bridgetown, Barbados. Seabourn Spirit will also visit Roseau, Dominica; St John’s, Antigua; and Road Bay, Anguilla.
