Silversea Expeditions has created a collection of 20 complimentary Scuba Diving Expedition Voyages for 2016 and 2017, offering experienced divers the chance to explore the top diving sites in the western Pacific and Indian oceans.

To be offered on the 120-guest, all-suite Silver Discoverer, the voyages will include scuba diving opportunities for experienced divers in regions such as the Maldives, Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, the Palau Archipelago and the Andaman Islands. The excursions will be led by an onboard dive master and a team of experts including marine biologists, environmentalists, ecologists and geologists.

“We’re delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to explore remote destinations both on land and underwater with this unique series of expedition voyages,” said Lisa McAuley, Silversea’s commercial director UK and Ireland. “The Scuba Diving Expedition Voyages are designed to provide the most awe-inspiring deep sea adventures, but also include incredible destinations for snorkelling and onshore hiking explorations.”

Space on the excursions is limited and guests will need an Advanced Open Water Diver licence or equivalent to participate. Although guests must bring their own BCD vests and regulators, Silversea will provide the weight belts, tanks, masks, and fins free of charge.
