Thomson Cruises is to call at ten new destinations during the 2015 season.

From winter 2015, Thomson Dream will visit Santiago de Cuba and Holguin as part of her Cuban Revolution roundtrips, which will depart from Monetgo Bay, Jamaica. After sailing to both ports, the ship will overnight in Havana and then head to Grand Cayman.

In addition, Thomson Dream will call at Banana Coast, the first mainland cruise port in Honduras, during her Mayan Treasure cruises. The itineraries also feature various Caribbean and Central American destinations, such as Costa Rica, Panama and Belize.

Next April, guests will be able to visit Mindelo in Cape Verde as part of Thomson Dream’s Atlantic Adventure itinerary, which includes calls at Palma in Spain, Santiago de Cuba, and an overnight stay in King’s Wharf, Bermuda.

Thomson Celebration will also add new destinations to her itineraries, calling at Bequia in St Vincent and the Grenadines during her winter 2015 Caribbean Cocktail and Oceans Eleven itineraries.

“I’m delighted that we are able to introduce some exciting new ports for our second season with two ships in the Caribbean,” said Helen Caron, managing director for Thomson Cruises. “Cuba is a fantastic destination and one that our customers tell us they want to visit more, so I am sure the itinerary centred around the island will prove extremely popular.”

Meanwhile, Thomson Majesty is to visit Valle Gran Rey in La Gomera and Puerto de la Estaca, El Hierro, in the Canary Islands during her Island Explorer itinerary. The ship will also offer a New Year’s Eve, giving visitors the chance to celebrate New Year watching the magnificent firework display in Funchal, Madeira.

Both Thomson Dream and Thomson Celebration will be refurbished before starting their 2015 itineraries.
