UK-based company Trimline is to refurbish Windstar Cruises’ newly acquired 106-suite cruise ships Star Breeze and Star Legend this summer.
Trimline secured the contract after carrying out an interior upgrade on Star Pride last year.
“We are thrilled to continue our highly successful partnership with Windstar Cruises,” said Tim Gallagher, Trimline’s contracts manager. “This is a strong endorsement of our refurbishment of Star Pride and a clear indication that Windstar Cruises is determined to set the highest standards in the business.”
This April, Trimline will fit new carpets, furniture, lighting and decoration in the Show Lounges and provide additional waiter stations, furnishings and flooring for the AmphorA Restaurants. The company will also create new outdoor dining areas in the Veranda Restaurants and construct the line’s popular Compass Rose nightclubs and the Star Screening rooms – eight-seat cinemas situated in the former card rooms.
