Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection is to extend its in-suite butler service to entire European fleet in 2016.
Already available on River Beatrice, S.S. Antoinette, S.S. Catherine and S.S. Maria Theresa, the in-suite butler service will be extended to Queen Isabel, River Queen, River Royale, River Baroness, River Ambassador, River Princess, River Empress, River Duchess and River Countess next year.
“Uniworld already has the highest staff-to-guest ratio of all river cruise lines and increasing the number of highly trained professionals onboard our ships ensures that second-to-none service,” said Kathryn Beadle, managing director of Uniword UK. “We are really pleased to announce that the in-suite butler service will now be a consistent feature across all our European itineraries, providing guests with a truly luxurious and personalised experience.”
Trained at the Ivor Spencer Butler School in England, Uniworld butlers provide various personalised services for suite guests including unpacking and packing, a laundry service, in-room breakfast and an evening meal service. They are also able to fulfil additional requests from guests.
