Celestyal Cruises has formed a strategic partnership with Versonix, a software company which provides integrated, customised software solutions for the travel and leisure industry.

Versonix will provide Celestyal with the Seaware Reservations Platform. The solution will help Celesytal Cruises to manage revenue, set up a pricing and business policy engine, create a customer loyalty programme and offer customer relationship management (CRM) functionality for consumers and travel planners. It will also enable travel planners to provide clients with a greater variety of pre- and post-cruise packages, shore excursions and onboard experiences.
