Designers, architects and buyers from cruise lines, shipyards and design studios including Virgin Voyages, Seabourn, P&O Cruises, Cunard, Marella Cruises, Mystic Cruises, Meyer Turku, SMC Design and Studio DADO, will discuss the latest marine interiors trends at Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe (CSI Europe) when it takes place in London, UK, on 4-5 December 2024. 

Sessions will include ‘Charting Sustainable Ship Materials with NEcOLEAP and Meyer Turku’ and ‘New Experiences in River Cruise and the Delivery of Luxury’. SMC Design will discuss its role as project lead for AROYA Cruises’ first ship, scheduled for completion in December 2024, in the ‘Transforming Key Spaces: Innovative approaches to refurbishment’ ships. Meanwhile, Meyer Turku shipyard will share insights into its NEcOLEAP project and how it envisioned a sustainable stateroom in its ‘Charting Ship Materials’ session. In addition, MSC Cruises, SMC Design, CONDUCTR and Blooloop will host a discussion on the future of entertainment onboard cruise ships. 

Ahead of his retirement at the end of the year, Greg Walton of Studio DADO will discuss the past, present and future of cruise ship interiors, for the final time in a public forum.  

CSI Europe attendees can also hear from cruise line executives in ‘Meet the Brand’ sessions, while the Sustainable Design Summit will host its final Working Group of the year, sponsored by Morbern Europe.  

More than 200 exhibitors will attend the two-day event, which is co-located with the new-for-2024 Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit Europe, which aims to showcase technological advancements impacting the guest experience.
