Steiner Leisure is to provide spa, beauty and fitness services onboard Windstar Cruises’ fleet until April 2017 after extending its existing contract with the cruise operator.

The agreement also includes an automatic successive one-year renewal term after April 2017 that can be cancelled by either party with 90 days advance written notice.

“For nearly two decades, we’ve had the privilege of inviting Windstar’s discerning clientele to indulge and be pampered in our facilities, while exploring intimate corners of the world aboard Windstar’s graceful and well-appointed yachts,” said Leonard Fluxman, president and CEO of Steiner Leisure. “With this latest extension of our agreement, and the anticipated continuing expansion of Windstar’s fleet to a total of six vessels, we look forward to welcoming even more of its guests to luxuriate in our diverse assortment of spa and wellness offerings.”

As part of the agreement, Steiner will continue to provide spas, salons and fitness centres and related beauty, wellness and aesthetic medicine treatments and services. This includes acupuncture and dermal fillers, as well as Elemis skincare and body products.

The contract covers the four current Windstar vessels, the two ships that will launch in 2015, and all new vessels that come into service during the agreement term.
