2 4 Cainby completes Mardi Gras project Temprotech updates carpet protection film Signage supplier Cainby has provided all wayfinding signage onboard Carnival Cruise Line’s new flagship, Mardi Gras. Among the products installed onboard the ship were recessed lightboxes for elevator directories and parts of the venue and public room signage. Cainby caters to projects of all sizes, designing and delivering signage for indoor and outdoor applications including digital, illuminated, safety and wayfinding among others. Most signs delivered by the company are produced in-house by the company’s team, in compliance with marine safety regulations and on-site installation requirements. Temprotech’s UK warehouse has recently taken delivery of carpet protection film, TPTCarpertFR. Used to protect carpets during newbuilds, refits and refurbishments, the adhesive- backed film, which carries the International Maritime Organization Wheelmark safety certification, has now been updated to include details of the new Black Ensign marine certification, confirming its approval for use on vessels in UK waters and on UK- registered vessels. TPTCarpetFR can be securely laid down to protect carpets against dirt, spillages and accidental damage during projects.
