Victory Cruise Lines has implemented cruisePAL, a web-based, cloud-ready central reservation system (CRS), which is designed to streamline cruise line operations and elevate the guest experience.
The cruisePAL CRS has a user-friendly interface that was designed specifically for the cruise industry. It has been integrated into Victory Cruise Lines’ systems to manage the entire reservation process, including bookings, payments, agency account reconciliation and more.
